After a long wait because of the problem with their coder. Now, there're 2 great news today from Cashium Admin in the forum.

The Advertisement are live, even though you're still not credited yet for clicking it. And the Last is the Admin give a statement that Cashium will Officially Launch soon! Here's the post from Admin :

Finally the main part of Cashium, advertisements are live! We have enabled advertisements to be tested once we officially launch. Keep in mind you will not be credited during testing period, please don't forget reporting any bugs you find. If everything goes on the rails we will enable crediting before officially launch and we will not reset your balances.
